Echos d'école celebrates 10 years!

This flash games site was founded in 1985 in a small rural school with two open IT classes.
But it was from 2001 onwards that it steadily expanded, with the aim of providing pupils with a playful, modern alternative approach to picking up essential ideas.
The school caters for all classes between nursery and Year 5,enabling it to offer just as broad a range of game, which is increasing all the time and is also updated,in order to improve the game’s user-friendliness and its educational contribution.
Since september 2011, most of the games have been available in english. You'll find a few in spanish too - thanxs to Eva Noriega for the translation !

Wami

Wami is the Echos d'école mascot ; he is a little extra-terrestrial who knows lots and lots of things, and who has come to our planet to help Earth children wake up!

Nearly 150 educational games!

The games follow the official french curriculum from nursery to Year 5, but their use is universal. They enable the children to consolidate their learning and stimulate fundamental ideas. Furthermore, most of the games are played with random data, which enables:
- the child to play the same game several times with different data
- several children to play at the same time with the same game without using the same data; ideal in the classroom!

Beyond the age range concerned, several applications will remind older children of the ideas encountered at primary school. Their elders will rediscover cards and other mathematical games with nostalgia...

There’s no set age for revising and having fun! ;-)
